Spectral  Quest

Ghost Hunt at The Hanbury Arms, Pontypool. Thursday 18th December, with special guest, Goff Morgan.

Spectral Quest are pleased to announce that we are hosting a Christmas ghost hunt on Thursday 18th December at the Hanbury Arms public house in Pontypool.

This extremely active location is said to be one of the most haunted places in Wales if not the UK and stories of what has alleged to have happened here have even made the national press. There are many tales of white figures seen moving around the cellars and upstairs rooms of the pub as well as screams and cries heard throughout the building. On our recent Halloween event we had a very active glass channelling session with very interesting results and also voices picked up on digital recorders.

Workmen also left the pub after having tools thrown at them by unseen hands and several mediums have left there after picking up on a disturbing atmosphere.

This event will be led by experienced investigators from Spectral Quest using scientific equipment including emf, K2 and tri field meters plus motion sensors and thermal imaging cameras. Guests will also take part in experiments in spirit communcation with EVP and glass channeling sessions. We will also be joined by acclaimed local writer and story teller, Goff Morgan who will be recounting chilling tales from the cellar.

This exciting ghost hunt will start at 10.30pm and finish at 2.00am and tickets, which includes tea/coffee and mince pies served throughout the event, are priced at £25. These are  available from enquiries@spectralquest.co.uk or phone 07581 051576. Alternatively they are available at the Hanbury Arms.

Places are limited to 30. With interest already high, they are expected to sell out quickly.
